Ms Dinaz Noble, the lady of the house, makes you part of her family straight away. She knows Andaman and its islands like the back of her hand and can give you lots of good advice on places to visit. If you order your meal from her, you can help out in the kitchen and learn a few culinary tips and tricks. A good address where you'll need to book well in advance.
