VAL SUZON STATE-OWNED FOREST - EXCEPTIONAL FOREST
An exceptional forest with many species, including oaks, beeches, pines and spruces.
After being classified as a regional nature reserve in 2011, the Val Suzon forest was awarded the Forêt d'exception® label in 2016. It is home to many species, including oaks, beeches, lime trees, pines and spruces. It is the5th forest in France to have received this label out of a total of 19 forests involved in the process, 14 of which have been labeled by the National Forestry Office. This state forest of 2,100 ha is located northwest of Dijon. A site to discover.
