The Chancay civilization is a pre-Columbian culture that developed on the central coast of Peru about 800 years ago. Inside this restaurant, the richness of this country and its culture are honored through a successful Peruvian cuisine. Absolute reference for the locals, Chancay opened its doors in 2002 and does not empty. Strong of its distinctions and its rewards awarded by several foreign countries (of which Peru), it proposes a modern kitchen with ancestral roots. Second address on the Plaza Antares in San Pedro.
