Immersed in the world of winegrowing since childhood, Sophie Joigneaux, an oenology teacher for 20 years, finally created her own estate in 2017 by taking over 3.5 ha of vineyards located in Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune and Sainte-Marie-la-Blanche. His estate is located in a winegrower's house that has been refurbished from the winery to the cellar, including a gîte and soon a tasting room. His labels are adorned with butterflies in glazed tiles for the Premiers Crus, and in red, yellow or white for the Villages and Crémants.
