Born into a family of winegrowers, Alix de Montille has always dreamed of opening her own restaurant in the heart of Meursault. After training with some of the world's greatest chefs - Bernard Loiseau, Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Passard... - she decided in 2022 to embark on this culinary adventure with her friend Tatiana Poyasova. The window display is sober, wood dominates in the intimate 16-cover dining room, and the plates are generous. One example is the poularde aux morilles prepared with vin jaune, a recipe she revisits in an exceptional way, which is a must-try.
