The Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx is an haute couture wine house where each parcel harvested is vinified without blending in the greatest respect of its climate! The cellar of the manor has been completely refurbished and is of great beauty. You will also find wines from the Belleville estate in Rully and the Commaraine estate in Pommard, including the Clos de la Commaraine, a Pommard1er Cru in Monopole, both owned by the same family. The program includes access to the Wine Shop, a visit to the cellars, commented tastings and access to the terrace of the Manor with a breathtaking view of the Meursault vineyards. The historic buildings, with the vaulted cellars and the large cellar with its large windows, become magical in the evening during tastings in the warm light of the stones. The must is the tour on the Burgundian rooftop with a view on an ocean of vines. The tasting can also take place there. Small groups are welcome, even without a reservation, with a tasting of the wines of the three Côtes and a qualitative snack offer. Tailor-made and à la carte offers are available on request and by appointment, as well as the privatization of the premises. You can also simply fall for one of the existing formulas: an initiation tasting of 3 wines, a discovery followed by a tasting of 5 wines or a tasting of 5 wines and 1 Grand Cru. Each tasting includes a visit to the cellars where the wines are aged.
