Granday, the leading rennet company in France and well known in Meursault, has extended its activity to the production of spice blends. In January 2019, Pauline Granday, daughter of the passionate Patrick Granday, took over the reins of this activity, which was created in 2008. Located in the artisanal zone of Meursault, the company Beaun'Épices, located next to Renure Granday, is now seeking to make itself known to private individuals. Indeed, it is with all the rigour of this family and with state-of-the-art equipment that the company already supplies spice mixes for cheese dairies or artisan pork butchers. The great strength of Beaun'Épices lies in the possibility of offering custom blends in addition to the 350 recipes already on the menu: seasoning for sausages and cured meats, simple spices, dried fruits, refined blends and even an organic range. Customers are assured of a product of excellence packaged and delivered in the best conditions. Thus, if Beaun'Épices has become a must for many professionals, its will is now to offer its products to individuals. Packaged in adorable little jars, you can now find all the recipes for blends at home. Only two distributors are now available: Gam Vert in Beaune and the Fallot mourtarderie. It is certain that the brand's products will soon be available in the fine and quality grocery stores of the region... and Navarre!
