Located in Meursault, Côte d'Or, Domaine Fabien Coche is a family estate that has been cultivating the nobility of great Burgundy wines since 1940. With 12 hectares of vines spread over Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet, the domaine offers a wide range of white and red wines, made with grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot Noir. Domaine Fabien Coche uses traditional methods to produce its wines, paying particular attention to preserving the nature of the soils. For several vintages now, the estate has been working organically, and has applied for organic certification for the 2020 harvest.

Favourite part of my trip. These wines are incredibly delicious- everything you want in a Meursault and more- This wine tasting was nothing short of exceptional and the hospitality was so warm and welcoming even though we hardly speak any French they did their best to make us feel welcome. Thankyou for making our trip special- we can’t wait to drink more of these exceptional wines in the future and sell them down the line.
