Domaine Boyer Yves is one of the region's leading wineries. With ten hectares of vineyards spread over several communes, including Meursault, Puligny Montrachet, Auxey Duresses and Pommard, the domaine offers a wide selection of quality wines. Wine lovers will be able to discover the different appellations and enjoy a tasting in a convivial setting. L'accueil est chaleureux. Le domaine ne lésine pas à faire goûter l'ensemble de ses vins, y compris les très rares rouges (très rares pour le terroir de Meursault).
Au total, 11 vins dégustés, dont le très excellent Meursault "Charmes" 1er Cru 2016, dont on décèle déjà les notes beurrées si spécifiques au terroir de Meursault, et qui s'amplifieront avec l'âge.
Une petite originalité dans la visite des caves (dont celle privée datant de 1789) : une animation d'un fût éclairé de l'intérieur permettant de voir les lies qui se déposent dans le tonneau lors du vieillissement du vin !
