Restaurant with terrace offering seasonal cuisine in Mirebeau-sur-Bèze.
Patrick Cannet, who held the Auberge de l'Aiguillon for 16 years, offers gourmet cuisine, adapted to the season. Prepared with fresh produce, the dishes are renewed every month. The restaurant has recently been renovated and displays beautiful green and white tones. The dishes are appetizing and carefully prepared. You will also appreciate the small hors d'oeuvre before your meal. When you enter, we strongly advise you on the œufs en meurette with foie gras chips. Then continue with a pork mignon with thyme of Mirebeau, a beef filet with Époisse sauce or a goose breast with dwarf cherry. As for the dessert, everything is delicious and homemade from the floating island to the pears? In summer, enjoy the quiet terrace in the small courtyard of the restaurant. New chairs and plants make it a welcoming and pleasant space. In winter, Savoy three cheeses fondues warm the hearts and in summer Patrick Cannet organizes barbecue evenings with lots of grilled meats.

Mirebeau est un beau village bucolique pour se balader après le bon moment passé au restaurant.
Encore bravo et à bientôt sûrement.
