A very chic restaurant (Russian style, of course) where you can eat well without it being exceptional. But it is located on a large boat docked on the Volga River and offers an unparalleled view of Cheboksary. The place is really worth a visit, you have to go there when the weather is good, to enjoy the roof terrace of this large art deco inspired building.
