Pelmenis are the speciality of this restaurant which offers "healthy Soviet cuisine". They are delicious and you will find them of all kinds (pelmenis, varenikis), of all colours, with all kinds of fillings, sauces or broths, and this for a very fair price. All Cheboksary hurries there to be able, for a moment, to return to childhood. Note that there is also a seasonal menu that offers traditional Chuvash dishes!
