This cozy restaurant has been run since 2017 by Philippe Mouilley, a butcher and caterer from Ricey-le-Haut, who brings all his artisan know-how to the table. Every day, the 100% homemade dishes are renewed, and the daily menu is unique every time. Meat, of course, takes center stage, with andouillettes, steaks and marbled ham often the order of the day. Every Friday evening, a theme evening with a special dish is organized. A friendly address that brings a breath of fresh air to the town.
