L'Accueil Français d'Anvers is an association founded in 1976 and affiliated to the Fédération internationale des accueils français à l'étranger. Its aim is to bring together the French community, Francophones and Francophiles in Antwerp and its province. The association offers a range of activities to enable French and French-speaking people to meet compatriots and locals, help each other with everyday problems, discover Belgian and Flemish culture, and adapt to a foreign country and language. The association is very active on social networks, notably Facebook and Twitter, where it regularly shares news and upcoming events.
