Look no further than the sea bream with Paimpol cocos and green juice, or the licorice-scented frogs' legs, all tasted under a dome. The gourmet menu at this Michelin-starred restaurant is orchestrated by chef Frédéric Chabbert, a Frenchman who has worked at Alain Ducasse's Louis XIV in Monaco and the two-starred Restaurant Petrus in Hong Kong. Chocolate tarts are his specialty. The company has also opened "Dome-sur-Mer" in Antwerp (under the leadership of Julien Bibochon), specializing in fish and seafood.
