The Fiera is a sight to behold! First, there's the setting: a former wing of the Antwerp Stock Exchange (Handelsbeurs), with its neo-Gothic arches, woodwork and ironwork, and period mosaic floor. The furnishings are sumptuous: green velvet armchairs, lounge bar area, open kitchen. Finally, the aesthetically pleasing plates reveal a cuisine that draws on different cultures, like a reflection of the history of Antwerp and its port, where products from all over the world were traded. An unusual place for a magical gastronomic moment.
