Boutique-hotel with eponymous restaurant, spa, hammam and outdoor pool in Antwerp

This boutique hotel is housed in a former ^16th-century Augustinian convent and its gardens (hence the name). The ashlar walls give it an admirable cachet. The chapel, with its high, ultra-luminous vaults, is now an elegant cocktail bar. The eponymous restaurant has already won Gault & Millau awards. The rooms, all different, some with attics, have been designed with luxury in mind, while favoring warm, natural materials. The spa is also designer, with its ice fountain, sauna, hammam and outdoor pool.

Zeer tevreden en beste ontbijt ever! Wij komen terug! Personeel ook zeer vriendelijk en er heerst een fijne rust in het hotel. In combinatie met een bezoek aan The Jane is dit een topper!

Zalig hotel om te verblijven en check zeker ook eens van de keuken van chef Pieter. Rustig genieten in het Groenkwartier in A'pen. Een aanrader voor een weekendje relaxen

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, decorated with an amazing taste. The room was a delight to stay in. A bit outside of the city, but the neighborhood is a lovely residential area, and the hotel really is worth the 30-ish minutes walk to join the center of the city.

Ik kreeg van vrienden een bon van august en had ontzettend veel zin in de full body massage die ik boekte. Ik zag op de boekingwebsite dat ik tussen twee medewerkers kon kiezen (een man en een vrouw). Moeilijk als je er nog nooit geweest bent. Aangezien er bij de man nog erg veel plaats was boekte ik bij hem. Ook omdat ik denk dat veel mensen eerder bij een vrouw boeken (no idea why). Wouter is super professioneel, geeft je alle tijd voor en na de massage. De massage zelf was fantastisch en nadien mocht ik een heerlijk warme douche nemen. Prijzig, maar voor mij het écht waard.
