The LGBTQ+ Pride March and its festive procession through the largest city in Flanders, Antwerp.
A big party celebrating acceptance and equal opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community, where of course everyone is invited to demonstrate together, whatever their gender or sexual orientation. The procession is saturated with costumes, sequins and subwoofers that punctuate the parade with their dancing boom-boom. Pride is accompanied by festive sports and cultural activities. The Dutch language is best understood when the people of Antwerp say: "T stad is van iedereen! ", which means "the city belongs to everyone!
