House of Waffles revisits the Brussels (square) and Liège (round) waffles. Its secret: incredible lightness! At lunchtime, the chef proposes his Norwegian waffle, where airy cream flirts wonderfully with smoked salmon on a stem of chives. Or would you prefer the surprising Ham & Cheese with Bruges cheese and traditional Breydel ham?
