This is one of the top chocolate factories in Antwerp. One more! Subtle but frank, intense but not forced, flowery or classic, the pralines and truffles of this craftsman are worth tasting. Some fillings are based on flowers, exotic spices and fruit, with a touch of liquor or spices. The box is filled with pralines such as roasted almonds, cappuccino, cinnamon, strawberry, orange, rum, mango-coconut, ginger, sea salt, caramel, Elixir d'Anvers, raspberry, amaretto, blueberry... very original and aesthetic.
