The Het Eilandje district is home to one of Antwerp's best ice cream parlors, if not the best! Jan studied at Bologna's Gelato University before opening his own salon. Behind each perfume is a craftsman's know-how and a careful selection of products. For example, he sources his pistachios from a small Sicilian farmer on the slopes of Mount Etna. Perfect for a gourmet break while strolling along the water's edge or after visiting MAS; in a cone, in a cup, on a crêpe or a waffle!
