FERME DE LABERGEMENT
Matthias and his cousin Baptiste Colson were born into a farming family, Ferme de Labergement has been raising dairy cows for over 30 years. In 2018, they decided to transform part of the production. Of the one million litres produced by the farm's 120 cows, 30,000 litres have already been processed in the farm's brand new laboratory. The choice was made to produce ice creams and white cheeses. A success already, the beaten cottage cheese with vanilla flavour or on blackcurrant, strawberry or vine peach coulis is a delight. Dishes, thick cream and fresh cheese complete the tray depending on the time of year. Success even in the canteens of the region's secondary schools for ice cream in 120, 400 ml and 1 litre jars, cheaper than the major brands and absolutely delicious: vanilla, caramel, coffee, banana, gingerbread. Yoghurt ice cream and fruit sauce is to be discovered. Large choice of frozen logs for the holidays. The products of the Ferme de Labergement can be found at the Ferme d'Etaules, a family sister, and in the best delicatessens in the region.
