Museum retracing the history of the city of Lierre and equipped with works of painters from the Renaissance to the first half of the twentieth century
The museum traces the history of the town of Lierre and features works by painters from the Renaissance to the first half of the 20th century. Sculptures, engravings, silverware, ceramics, home textiles and furniture are also on display. The Salon exhibits masterpieces from the fine art collection, which is mainly composed of the Wuyts-Van Campen donation (1887) and the Caroly donation (1935). Temporary exhibitions are also organized.
