The hotel-restaurant L'Écu, a former ^17th century coaching inn, is a true family-run establishment that combines the charm of hospitality and gastronomy. The excellent value for money menus start with an appetizer and see a succession of traditional dishes from Burgundy but also from other regions in a welcome semi-gastronomic style: panoufle of lamb, filet of turbot... The pleasure continues until the dessert, with the roasted pear with honey and almonds or the blackcurrant mirror. Here, everything is homemade!

Hôtel indépendant plein centre et calme. Très bon accueil. La literie est très confortable. SDB propre, très belle douche. Chambre n°1 spacieuse. A mon prochain voyage à Montbard, j'y retourne.

Chambre petite, fenêtre sur un mur, aucun emplacement dans la sdb pour poser un vanity. Pas de place pour vider la valise ni cintres. Très déçu. Petit déjeuner sur assiette et non buffet comme indiqué.
