Restaurant offering fresh produce menus, meats and gourmet desserts 100% homemade
Jérôme Hurte closed the doors of his restaurant Le Saint-Rémy in 2021, but he hasn't said his last word! He is now freshly installed in the former restaurant Les Halles in Montbard, renamed La Côte d'Or for the occasion. The establishment has a huge vaulted room and a splendid closed terrace where one finds the spirit of Saint Rémy. The cuisine is 100% homemade, with buffet-style menus. In summer, the courtyard barbecue roasts boneless suckling pig, minced meat brochettes and homemade sausages from a wide selection of grilled meats.
