RESTAURANT CÔTÉ SEINE
Châtillonnais restaurant offering well presented dishes in Montliot-et-Courcelles.
What a nice gourmet address is this restaurant of Châtillonnais! Côté Seine serves traditional Burgundian cuisine made from high-quality local products, awakened by an original and creative touch such as parsley ham with pesto, trout from Veuxaulles with asparagus, creme brulee with gingerbread, anise of Flavigny or cassis. Dishes change with the seasons. A very pleasant dining room, in shades of Burgundy, who wraps you a soft ambience, and a menu that changes with the seasons since the former second, Matthieu Robbe, took the reins of the kitchen. Flavours are always so tempting. On order: prime ribs or wine growers fondues. Hind in winter, beef and veal in spring. With sauces and homemade fries. A pure happiness!
