1 ère intervention : 1 velux posé de travers. "À cause de votre charpente" m'a indiqué l'intervenant (les anciens allaient très bien) Laissé en réserve car non satisfait.
Plusieurs tentatives de prise de rdv sans succès.
2ieme intervention (2,5 mois après la 1ere) pour reprise de pose du velux de travers avec venu d'un charpentier : une simple petite découpe de placo à permis de le remettre droit, aucune action sur charpente.
En prime : léger dégâts sur le dormant du velux + le technicien dexter qui ne se remet pas en cause quant à la 1ere pose + des serre joint posés sans protection sur le placo intérieur (nettoyage ok).
Bref, cette expérience ne me permet pas de pas recommander cette entreprise.
