Housed in a former 17th-century wine press, the establishment is neither lacking in charm nor tranquillity for those seeking a gourmet interlude. It's a tribute to homemade food, short supply chains and culinary tradition, all of which have been rewarded with the Maître Restaurateur label. While the spirit is bistronomic, the gastronomic signature dishes are an ode to culinary curiosity. Special mention must go to the wine list of over 1,500 vintages.
