Renowned breweries can themselves open brewpubs. In Wallonia, this is the case for Dubuisson, who inaugurated the first establishment of this type, Brasse-Temps, in the university town of Louvain-la-Neuve as long ago as 2000! A specific range of four beers was created, to be tasted only on the premises. In the space of twenty years, the concept has been adopted by a number of establishments in the Hainaut region (Mons and Charleroi). It has also expanded to include a restaurant where flammekueches, burgers and dumplings rule the menu.

Lieu agréable pour boire un verre avec des amis, parfois un peu bruyant mais très sympa! une rafale achetée + une offerte le jour de votre anniversaire sur présentation de votre carte d'identité, à ne pas rater!! ;)
