Already the third generation to be involved in this traditional bakery located in an old farmhouse near the Butte du Lion. Since 1952, the breads, made with care, are baked over a wood fire, which gives them an inimitable taste. No need to go far to find cereals. The bakery obtains its flour locally and the cereals are crushed by the millstone. In addition to the breads, the bakery offers pastries and cakes, including a host of fruit tarts and tarte amandines that will delight sweet tooths.

Je ne peux pas m'empêcher de faire un détour lorsque je suis dans la région de Waterloo( Belgique) de me rendre à la Ferme du Hameau du Roy , pour y acheter du pain fabriqué à l'ancienne cuit au feu de bois. Vous en avez pour tout les goûts . Ils ont aussi un large choix de viennoiseries et pâtisserie que l'on ne sait pas quoi choisir.
