Ecailler-catering to take-away, covered and heated terrace, garden, restaurant with two rooms with different atmospheres, a long carte as one day without train... the Nursery, it is all at the same time! In this atmosphere, conducive to seafood, we enjoyed lobster croquettes, nothing more snob than their counterparts with so tasty shrimp... but so delicious. It is a little ground in our sea with a duo sweetbreads - sunny langoustines and their vegetables... we finally validate caramel cream of the dessert, where the chef exudes this small "touch" that allows you to recognise it. In fact, have you already eaten beside a ham slicer? A visit to the Nursery and you will quickly catch dizzy!... in the good sense, of course!
