L'OPERA
The Opéra quickly strikes the eyes with its grandiose red blood and grey decor, and the reproduction of Venice Opera as a backdrop. Even the terrace looks like a Tuscan, it is saying that you feel teleported in Alpine crossing lands. This refined aesthetic is reflected in its cuisine that is both fine and generous. Mention may be made of a very fair swordfish carpaccio raised with caviar and basil. Note also the paccheris (short cannellonis) really cooked in al dente way, stuffed with scampi or veal scamorza that would want to sing La Traviata! More classic for our taste buds, the tiramisu is not less emblematic of this beautiful house where one hurries to Tout-Waterloo. The funny wine list is exclusively displayed on tablet.
