Here we do things well… and that's good! The quality of chocolate, the originality of the chocolates and the incredible know-how of the master make it a smart address! Chocolate courses are also at the height; if they appear to be a bit expensive, they are very effective and informative, and they are certainly worth it.

J'achète ces chocolats via le magasin de Neupré. Très bonnes pralines. Il est cependant dommage que la composition ne soit pas fournie systématiquement. Je voudrais m'assurer qu'il n'y a pas d'usage d'huile de palme notamment et connaitre le taux de cacao des différents chocolats ainsi que leurs origines.
Ce serait un plus intéressant à) apporter, d'autant plus que le site internet ne fournit aucune information non plus. Cela n'est-il cependant pas imposé par la législation?
