Brewery of the Legends giving birth to a blend between a beer of high fermentation and blackcurrant berries.

The Castel d'Irchonwelz (XIIth century), houses the brewery of the Giants (merged with the Brewery of the Legends) since its creation in 2000. Pierre Delcoigne and his wife Vinciane Wergifosse have recovered equipment from the Voisin (Flobecq) and François (Nismes) breweries. The boiling tank dates from 1930, and the mashing tank from... 1890. The Gouyasse blonde is the oldest. The Saison Voisin is brewed according to the original recipe of the Voisin Brewery (1884). Finally, the Ducassis is born from a blend between a top-fermented beer and blackcurrant berries.
