Gastronomic restaurant twice starred by the Michelin Guide, good address for gourmets.

In this friendly, uncluttered and timeless place, cradled and bordered by the river, one comes to live an experience that is more than a simple meal. Heir to 5 generations of restaurateurs, Marc Haeberlin shines in the kitchen and offers succulent dishes of divine beauty. Langoustines, parsnips and Piedmont hazelnuts, Paul Haeberlin's frog mousseline, lobster with wild mushrooms or Wagyu beef are examples of excellence and audacity. Add to this the refined decoration that differs from one room to another... What an exquisite moment!

Very disappointed: not these 3 Michelin stars.
The meal was characterless however the price was not it.
An entrance with mackerel (3 or 4 pieces) and potatoes (majority of the entrance) and Aquitaine caviar (surcharge, a pinch). Ordinary specialty lobster.

A restaurant where you will always feel the many welcome you are in a delightful atmosphere. The choices on the menu are such as you feel the desire for tasting, the tasting of starters, main courses and desserts stop offering only pleasure. Here, everything is warm! The wines are wonderful and accompany each served main course very well. The terrace on the banks of The river (small) is to be visited to, the Eden. Really number one in Alsace and the first three in France.
