A beautiful address nestled in the Warnetonnois countryside, a refined country atmosphere. The cuisine is based on duck and its by-products, aromatic herbs and vegetables of yesteryear. See this duck breast stuffed with foie gras, arabica syrup, celery chips and tuberous nasturtiums! We liked the roasted sea bass fillet, permaculture chard and haddock emulsion. Via the shop, you can take away foie gras, pâté, rillettes, cassoulets, pies, made on the spot.
