LE MILLÉSIME
Only 10 minutes from Tournai, in the small village of Bléharies, come and discover the table of Mathieu and Aurélie Campener. For 10 years, this quiet restaurant has been designed to discover a semi-gastronomic kitchen prepared from products from the most local producers. With a menu that changes every season, a menu to honour the best products of the land, the couple of cooks seduce a clientele of accustomed people. But let's go to table… After an appetizer plate to accompany the aperitif, we will take the local menu. Duo of Foie Gras in the way of the chef and grilled brioche, (a wonder.), the Canard duck duck of the mayor of Laplaigne (a neighbouring village) in honey and balsamic vinegar, pan of vegetables and pommes potatoes. And to finish the brioche way lost bread, compotée apple compotée and its ice rum grape (a delight). The wines selected to accompany the menu finally convince us. In short a very nice address that we warmly recommend you.
