Gennaro and Gaelle Tafuri, who created Fabrique Gourmande in 2015, have gone from a food-truck to a restaurant ideally placed in the commercial area of Noiron-sous-Gevrey. If the menu keeps the anglicism of the dishes, we are well in a French fast-food with dishes prepared with fresh products. Large room and terrace, easy access and parking. Pizzas, salads and grill are also part of the menu. The prime rib is a must with homemade sauces. Takeaway or even delivery within 10 km during curfew constraints.
