LA FERMETTE DES PINS
A charming 18th century building restored with passion, located at the bend of a small path that dawdles in the countryside, a stone's throw from Binche. A la carte or on the menu, the dishes proposed by the chef are in the image of the setting, seductive and marked by authenticity. The products of the hunt and the treasures of the undergrowth are treated with respect and subtlety, bringing the flavour of autumn. The intimacy of the room, supported by the soft crackling of the fireplace, seduces as much as the plate. Nice terrace in the garden in good weather.
