POT-AU-PHO

This beautiful mansion has been home to the La Thailand sign for over three decades! If today the founders have taken a well-deserved retirement, their children have taken over, rejuvenated the decor and changed their name. In the kitchen too, where Chef Thuong prepares the Phô, the traditional Vietnamese flagship dish. It is a beef (or pork) broth served hot with lots of crunchy vegetables. Other proposals on the short menu include beef salad with lemon or the inimitable sautéed noodles.
