Burgers, pitas, dumplings, "mitraillettes" (French fries and burgers with crudités and sauce in a loaf of bread for the uninitiated) can be read on the map! Did you say vegan? Yes my General: the burger is made of chickpeas or quinoa, the pita of soy protein, the meatballs are vegetable... we reassure the most sensitive souls or the gullible. On the other hand, all the ingredients are organic and deliciously selected and we love that! The same goes for the bionades, wines and beers, Belgian and local of course.
