For a decade now, the Vecteur, supported by the non-profit organisation Orbitale, has been digging its own hole in the cultural landscape of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Emphasis is placed on emerging culture and multidisciplinary approaches. Through eclectic activities: concerts, literary encounters, plastic and digital arts events, film screenings...
