Located in the heart of Nolay on the famous square overlooking the market hall, entirely made of wood, with a breathtaking view over the medieval houses and shops, this former Burgundian house breathes the history of the Burgundian terroir. Virginie and Jacques Rossignol, the new owners since the beginning of 2019, fell under the spell and made the hotel their life project. Jacques is himself a child of the country, in love with his region. They strive to preserve the soul of the place, including the inner courtyard for example, a true haven of peace where time is suspended. The rooms are beautiful and equipped with antique furniture. They are decorated in different tones, with shower or bathtub, on the inner courtyard side or with a view of the square. In the heart of the medieval village of Nolay, the atmosphere in the hotel is intimate and full of character, a real little secret garden! The owners want to preserve this authenticity and enhance the heritage of their village. Packages are available to make it easier to discover the region's riches, the winegrowers of Santenay or Maranges, the circus at the end of the world, La Rochepot or the green route by bike that crosses Nolay. on the old railway line. For catering, there are several addresses nearby in the centre of Nolay and in a very authentic district.

Un garage était à notre disposition pour les vélos.
Les propriétaires sont des gens tout à fait sympathiques. Les chambres sont propres avec une bonne literie. La cour intérieure est agréable et le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct.
Les prix sont assez chers mais correspondent à ce que l'on trouve dans le secteur.
L'hôtel ne fait pas restaurant mais trois restaurants sont installés sur une petite place particulièrement sympa juste à côté de l'hôtel.
Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez trouvé les prix des restaurants un peu chers. Effectivement, nous ne faisons pas restaurant à l'hôtel. Mais à l'avenir, pourquoi pas!
