Since February 2015, the Bistrot des Halles in Nolay was taken over by Jean-Charles Fagot, restaurateur and winemaker in Corpeau, well-known and appreciated for his Auberge du Vieux Vigneron. He entrusted the reins of his new establishment to a native: David Viscuso. The bar has been revamped: the atmosphere is more modern but some changes do not erase the rustic and authentic style of the establishment. The Bistrot des Halles is a traditional bar but is also a real wine bar. A dozen wines by the glass and a carefully selected wine list: wines of Jean-Charles Fagot, of Carillon and Maillard estate... A nice selection at reasonable prices. To accompany these divine drinks, you can enjoy many plates of meats or cheeses, salads or Burgundian specialties like snails. A new place to discover!
