Wine & Voyages addresses, as its name suggests, mostly English-speaking tourists who are tributary to discover Burgundy and its wines. It was in 1991 that Laurent Delelee, who worked at Gilly Castle, realized that once the tourists arrived, it was not clear to them to find what they were looking for. The great wines took them to Burgundy, but the oenotouristic services necessary for their discovery were non-existent. Laurent Delelee, then a forerunner, wanted to share his passion for Burgundy and his wines with these seasoned tourists of knowledge as much as wine, and that is how Wine & Voyages was born! «We offer circuits, half a day or day,» explains Laurent Delelee, only on the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. For our customers, Romanée-Conti and Montreachet are the benchmarks they know. After a stop in the vineyards where we explain the composition of the soils, the vegetative cycle of the plant and the work of the winery, direction a field to visit the cellar and cellars, before finishing with a tasting of different climates.
