Managed by Eric Noirot, the cuisine here rhymes with simplicity, fresh produce and pleasure. From starters to desserts, the jambon persillé, boeuf bourguignon and cheese platter are a true tribute to local producers and Burgundian gastronomy. Add to this a few local nectars and you've got a complete culinary range from the region.
