The Cassissium helps you get to know the little black berry that is blackcurrant
Created in 2001, the Cassissium, run by Jean-Michel Tissot, gives visitors a better understanding of the blackcurrant berry, from its cultivation to the creation of processed products. A museographic area and a playful tour, thanks to the various workshops on offer, transform you into a blackcurrant producer for the duration of the visit. Temporary exhibitions complement the information provided in the film and guided tour. Tasting of Védrenne products and syrups at the end of the tour. Cocktail-making workshops.
