A Burgundy wine estate whose winery is housed in a former convent, an architectural feat.

Domaine Jean-Claude Boisset is housed in the magnificent cuverie des Ursulines, an 18th-century convent restored in 2018, an architectural feat whose planted dome rests partly on ancient cellars. This is where the wines of this estate, founded in 1961, are made: 50 shades of white, between minerality and finesse, or 72 shades of red, expressing character and authenticity. Tours and tastings by prior arrangement.

Un lieu magnifique et une visite passionnante grâce à notre guide Claire que nous remercions pour son accueil professionnel, chaleureux et bienveillant. L’occasion de marier culture et dégustation de vins d’excellence. Beaucoup de finesse et une valorisation du patrimoine architecturale alliant l’histoire du lieu, un ancien couvent, et son usage moderne pour un vinification raisonnable et durable.
