I called on Electro Illzach repair service a la Rosière refrigerator that still functioned but has not cold enough longer. The intervention was planned quickly. The technician (too) quickly concluded that the thermostat did not function longer without dismounting and without electrically testing. Just by quickly pulverizing cold using a bomb on the onion dome. It even has a doubt expressed during its diagnosis him but has not do anything moreover to this sight. It is leave by pocketing a package trip from €84 and told me that I would receive a quotation for the room and its replacement. With its departure, I dismantled the thermostat, its bulb in my freezer and try its electrical contact. Result without call: my thermostat works. I informed immediately Electro service that. They answered me that it did not have any reason to question the diagnosis their experienced technician. In short, the guests (even technician) are cretins ignoramuses and they only book competence and knowledge! My thermostat is always available to be checked by their treatments... But they want to know and stay entirely closed with my suggestion to share the final bad diagnosis. ELECTRO SERVICE will be a very bad experience.
