LE PUVINAGE
The speciality of this rustic table, dear to our heart, is of course the country of the hills and the local products, including cheeses and ham. Take, for example, the home dish of the house: mountain soup, this assortment of cheese, hams, sausages and pure terrine… Which table of the region could pride itself on offering its customers only products from its nearest surroundings? The crazy duck magret salad, goat cheese, walnut oil and plum vinegar - made by Madame - does not have to blush of the comparison. In the heart of Mrs and Mr Dereume, we feel all the attachment to their environment. Therefore, days of discovery by bike, walking, car… are organised on certain dates of the year, to discover at their www.puvinage.be These escapes can take place each day of the year for groups of 15 to 40 people. All circuits go through the visit of the craftsmen with whom Le Puvinage works… and the loop is closed.
